Initial Consultation - menopause/period control/contraception
Duration: 50 minutes
A relaxed and in-depth session where we explore your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels right for you. If needed, I can prescribe treatments or refer you on.

If you are started on medication we require you to have a follow up appointment at 3 months to review how you are getting on and make any dose adjustments if needed.
After the 3 month review we can transfer your ongoing care to your GP or continue to provide support with annual reviews and repeat prescriptions if that is what you prefer.
Follow-Up Appointment - usually at 3 months
Duration: 40 minutes
A check-in to see how you're doing, review the effectiveness of your medication and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Annual review
Duration: 40 minutes
Annual reviews are necessary to assess how effective your treatment is, and to ensure there are no changes in your medical history that would mean we need to make changes.

Ongoing contraception, HRT or symptom management
Repeat or new prescription if needed Lifestyle support
Consultation for coil fitting/replacement/removal
Duration: 30 minutes
This is a telephone or in-clinic consultation to discuss having an intrauterine coil fitted, replaced removed.
If you decide to go ahead you will be given an appointment for the procedure and the consultation fee will be credited toward the overall cost of your coil procedure.
Consultation for implant fitting/replacement/removal
Duration: 20 minutes This is a telephone or in-clinic consultation to discuss having a contraceptive implant fitted, replaced or removed.
If you decide to go ahead you will be given an appointment for the procedure and the consultation fee will be credited toward the overall cost of your implant procedure.
Consultation for the contraceptive injection (Depo Provera)
Duration: 20 minutes
This is a telephone or in-clinic consultation to discuss having the Depo Provera contraceptive injection.

Prescription for the injection
Follow up appointment to administer the Depo
Intrauterine coil fitting/replacement

Prolapse Consultation
Duration: 45 minutes
This is an initial consultation for vaginal and/or uterine prolapse
INCLUDES:
Pelvic and vaginal examination
Prescription for ring pessary and/or medication if needed
A follow up appointment to fit your first pessary
Ring Pessary Change
Duration: 30 minutes
This is a follow up appointment if you already have a pessary fitted - current guidance recommends that pessaries are checked every 6 months if you don’t do it yourself.
B12 injection (blood test recommended first - see Blood Tests page)
Duration: 15 minutes
Administration of a B12 injection, usually given 3 monthly as a maintenance dose. You may require a rapid course of 6 to get your levels up quickly then can reduce back to 3 monthly.
Cervical Screening (Smear Test)

Includes a private cervical screening with time to discuss any concerns or questions. Results sent directly to you with follow-up support as needed. Laboratory costs included.
Blood test (available tests listed on seperate page)

Duration: 15 minutes
Book a blood test and pay a deposit. Write in the comments box which test you require and I will send you the payment link for the test minus the deposit. You only pay the £20 sampling fee once, regardless of how many tests you choose, as long as they are taken in the same appointment.

Repeat prescription/Letter to GP or specialist (other than the one included in your 3 month follow up)

This is a mini-consultation for existing clients for if you have a quick question about your medication or need support with your treatment
